I am shocked by this movie, of course I didn't waste my time on watching it to the end. It's amazing how much trouble and pain they have put theksthems trough, to convince the aueieaud (themselves mainly) that not only there is a good! But it has nothing but your love in its heart! It was truly sad to see such a movie in the year 2018...

This film resonated deeply with me and my family. I've seen what the loss of a child can do and felt the loss of a sibling. I haven't found truer depiction of what loss, love and finding God through such pain and suffering can do for a family. I definitely do not think that this film is only for the religious and I think that the message is important for everyone to hear and see. I myself am not extremely religious and do have my doubts, but there is no truer message the one 'The Shack' is trying to tell. What forgiveness can do and the healing it can accomplish is shown beautifully in 'The Shack' and the pain of letting go is portrayed just as it is in real life. Although not everyone has been able to meet the Trinity and receive the help that Mack got, what God helped him to do and what he felt is felt and done by many others, and I think the film does an amazing job of showing that.Thank you

This movie is not just bad, it is offensive to human intelligence and soul. I disliked it so much I will find it hard to watch Sam Worthington and Octavia Spencer with the same eyes again in another movie. I only hope this review will save someone the time to go through it.

This is a movie only for the "thinking challenged" religious nut jobs. Everyone else would be better off watching practically anything else. You have been warned.
