Sadly Over-hyped

Easily the biggest piece of Right wing non sense propaganda I ever saw.

If you're interested in the topic at hand, you should just watch it and judge yourself because the reviews have gone very biased by people that didn't even watch it and just hate (or love) the creator. I liked it, it was well written, narrated, and directed and it was about a topic that interests me.

Great movie. Not sure what people expected but I found it highly entertaining.

The show really scratched the itch that Firefly left in me.

I always wondered how many years it will be before we will see something as good as or better than Battle star Galactica, when it comes to spaces/future. and here it was airing since last 3 year and much more. Just finished 3 season in last 3 days. first time logged in to IMDB for this to support. Only thing for which I can criticize this show is that there are no single character for whom you will feel as such more and likable, as there are many who are doing equally great on there role. And that is mostly because this show does not have those flashy battles, where one guy is the hero almost every time nor it has sexy looking girls in those main roles with sex scenes thrown in every other episodes. This show tries to create the world, which would be more believable to a bit geeky fan.

This is by far the best sci-fi I've watched. It is absolutely unbelievable how it managed to portray an entire and believable universe. Every frame is so detailed and consistent it makes you wonder if you are actually watching a documentary. Characters are so well developed you start building a real representation of their personalities and are able to see trough their intentions. The show never over exploited well known sci-fi cliches, and is using them very cautious. It probably gets the actual credit it deserves, because it is somewhat demanding in its complexity and is fully immersive. It is not a show you can watch "by the way". For me this is an instant classic.

Sci Fi is usually disregarded as a genre interesting only to a niche market, but it shouldn't be. The Expanse is probably the best example in at least a decade to prove that a great show can be of any genre and appeal to any audience as long as it's done well. Bravo The Expanse.
