Wonderful character development!

Excellent but underrated film

Blending excellent reporting and strong storytelling, this is a disturbing film truly stranger than fiction

This is a dark and sometimes deeply uncomfortable drama

Fastlane was and still is a great entertaining show with awesome stories, great music, fast cars and hot women all with cool stunts. Fox was stupid for ending the show, but then Fox TV is known for canceling good shows or trying to cancel good shows like Prison Break and Family Guy, Fox TV must be run by brainless monkeys, hello, they canceled Firefly just as it was building momentum and getting really really good. I read that Fastlane was ended because of high production costs, but I believe that is just a cover up for Fox TV stupidity. Fox even ended the series with no closure and left the viewers hanging.You can still watch Fastlane on G4 TV and it was aired on Court TV for a short time! I hope they release it on DVD soon.

This show is great. Within each hour I find myself sweating in suspense, in awe of the action sequences, and laughing at the dry humor between the crew of "The Candyshop". It was made in 1992, yet They used cutting edge music just now becoming popular, such as 1 episode where they used the theme from the O.C. . FOX would be doing itself a H-U-G-E favor by putting it back on the air. Y'know that feeling you get when you see a great movie in the theaters and wish it could be like 10 hours long? thats the feeling you get with FASTLANE, but your wish comes true. each episode is it's own 1 hour movie, and a great one at that. Mcg is an amazing director, and the casting was spot on, right down to Jay Mohr as a stuffy Internal affairs investigator, or a young Jaime Pressley as a crook. This is without a doubt, one of the most pointless and horribly acted shows I have ever seen. Thank God it got canceled after only one season. The plot is entirely unoriginal: two hotshot great-looking cops are partnered up to bring down LA's crime and drug empires while wooing beautiful models and driving souped-up cars. The problem with this show is that it offers nothing new, not a thing. The acting is fair, but on many occasions it feels forced or overacted. And just when I thought that I would never have to even think about Fastlane coming on the air again, lame-ass video game channel G4 buys the rights and starts playing it every f***ing night of the week! I mean, it's bad enough that the channel encourages overweight losers to join the Army or the Navy (they have commercials and promos for it every other minute), now they want them to believe that they can indeed be as cool as Deaquon and what's-his-face. G4: go back to your roots! Drop the army promos and Fastlane and bring back more Cinematech and video game reviews! And while your at it, drop Adam Sessler and Morgan Webb (hosts of a lackluster video game show) off of a 50-story building. Back to the show, it sucks!

Just wanted the say that the show has just begun over here in Europe and I really love it !Peter F is really cute as Van Ray ! The other actors and characters are also great.The stories make me a little think about my favorite TV show 21 Jump Street so that's great !I'm sad to read there's only 22 episodes ! Even if we only saw 6 episodes till now I really enjoy that show every Friday night !Can't wait to be on next Friday to have a new episode !GREAT !!!
