Nice effects though.

This is a tender, generous movie that likes its characters and presents them as real people, full of flaws and strengths.

It's a mild crowd pleaser for people who are exhausted by blockbusters.

Mostly, the movie is committed to the value of a good time.

After the first two episodes I considered finding something else, but was really glad I didn't in the end. Loved Adam Brody in this and enjoyed the hooks and turns.Very different format, but once you're in, there's no stopping.

Billy & Billie is a brilliant show.Hands down a brilliant show, it is such a pity that it didn't end up continuing for a second season. No I don't count the 'Incesticide' episode.The first season was amazing, it was quirky and very out there. I loved the characters, I loved the writing. Hell I loved the short episodes.It makes me wonder what they would have managed if they had actually gone on to do a second season. The incesticide episode was funny but rushed, trying far to hard to tie up all the loose ends and end the story as quickly as possible. After the bombshell ending of the first season I found the hour long finale lacking.It is a pity. It had so much potential.I'd recommend watching the first season but giving the Incesticide episode a miss.Over all a stellar show.

Hiding under this really stupid title "Billy & Billie" a real gem! funny, weird, real and beautiful!!!There will NO SPOILERS HERE! I won't even write the premise, try to watch it without knowing what it is about! the first episode is much more enjoyable like that...This show should be better known and hopefully it will find it self on amazon, Netflix, iTunes and so, because it deserves to be recognized and watched!The two leads have a great chemistry together, honestly great casting! I really liked Adam Brody, I never heard of Lisa Joyce prior to the show - and SHE IS AMAZING! she is plays her character so interestingly.The show is a "Rom-com" type, but very complexed and sometimes more deep then you would imagined.A masterpiece!

What a stunner of a show. I'm glad I didn't overlook it as it's now one of my all time favorite series. The witty dialog and the casting of Adam Brody and Lisa Joyce as the main characters is genius. Have enjoyed each episode and it keeps getting better and better. The closing scene in episode 5 was the most emotionally erotic in memory.Hopefully, Audience Network will release Billy and Billie on iTunes, Netflix, Amazon or even DVD at the conclusion of season one. It and Lisa Joyce (unknown to me prior to this show) are deserving of a much larger audience., And Neil La Brute is a writer to follow in the future.
