Very well executed

Very very predictable, including the post credit scene !!!

This is a dark and sometimes deeply uncomfortable drama

I think this is a new genre that they're all sort of working their way through it and haven't got all the kinks worked out yet but it's a genre that works for me.

This show is nothing short of a masterpiece. It starts as a hilarious High School/True Crime satire and later transforms into a deep meditation on American pop culture. It alludes to Reality TV, Social Media, Mainstream media, Documentary Filmmaking, Teenage woes, Celebrity status, Authoritarianism, Justice System and how the tag of High School Stereotypes remains attached and continues to define someone's life.

Who drew the dicks ?! Despite the show being more in the parody vibe, its very well made. The mix between crime solving and humor still combine.Looking forward for o season 2

After I saw Making a Murderer, I was looking for more Documentary Series and I have stumbled upon American Vandal and The Jinx. I watched AV first and BAM! First episode got me hooked right away! I didn't think at first that it was fictional until I searched for it. It is really well made and it has the right amount of everything: comedy, drama, action, and of course mystery. This series is a masterpiece. If you are reading my review, trust me. Just watch the first episode and tell me if you did not enjoy it.

I watched the first episode and found it amusing, often. By the end it got rather tiresome, and I was relieved to know that I wouldn't have to hear any more about dicks and childish high school pranks. Enough was enough. I wondered what would come next -- another mockumentary? How could they do that under the title "American Vandal"? I was really shocked to learn that the second episode, in fact the entire series, would prolong the rather tired joke of a "serious investigation" of the dick prank. I bailed. I don't understand how anyone could continue watching.
