Very well executed

I am only giving this movie a 1 for the great cast, though I can't imagine what any of them were thinking. This movie was horrible

A lot of perfectly good film show their cards early, establish a unique premise and let the audience explore a topic at a leisurely pace, without much in terms of surprise. this film is not one of those films.

This is a must-see and one of the best documentaries - and films - of this year.

I'm a sentimental fellow and I like this kind of a movie, throughout I wanted to give it a 9 but the ending kind of disappointed in a way. Because I did actually like the ending but it would have been greatly improved, at least for me if that other kid didn't just show up out of nowhere at the end to say "I followed you", if the audience had gotten just a little wink and a nod beforehand that the kid was going to follow him because, I don't know I just felt like it didn't fit/work with him just showing up like that.

THIS WAS VERY CONFUSING FOR ME. I DIDN'T CATCH THAT THEY WERE SEPARATED BY TIME UNTIL I WAS HALFWAY THOUGH THE MOVIE THEN I CAUGHT ON.

The story of a young boy in the Midwest is told simultaneously with a tale about a young girl in New York from fifty years ago as they both seek the same mysterious connection. Wonderstruck is too long and too boring to make the viewers care and good actors like Julianne Moore and Michelle Williams are hardly in the movie to the point where we even forget them and the mother and son dynamic is never reaching it's potential or it's dramatic depth plus the plot arc with the 2 kids? was boring as well. ...for insomnia. Seriously, if you have trouble falling asleep than this is a must-see film. You'll be out like a light in no time at all. Fortunately, this coma-inducing "film" finally came to a close and I awoke refreshened and ready to continue my day. So definitely go see this movie. It will rejuvenate you in ways you never thought possible.
