A bit overrated, but still an amazing film

Not sure how, but this is easily one of the best movies all summer. Multiple levels of funny, never takes itself seriously, super colorful, and creative.

Wasn't sure what to expect, but Off the Menu is a charming and fun movie! Beautiful visuals of New Mexico, food porn and great chemistry with the leads. The young girl was adorable, and the music inspiring - it you love romantic comedies then go see this film!

Right from the start I was disappointed in the acting, the chemistry, the script and the inaccurate portrayal of Mexican/New Mexican culture. Then I thought, oh wait! Maybe it's tongue in cheek, maybe it's satire, maybe it's meant to be like this? After a half hour or 45 minutes I realized it was just not a very good film. Couldn't even finish it. I completely agree with @andrewrye-06535 and @funambuline on this one.

Go see this fun and romantic movie.If you enjoy Hallmark movies then you will LOVE this one...Quality..If you love cooking and romance, there is chemistry throughout. A must see. Also Family friendly a plus for many.
