While it doesn't offer any answers, it both thrills and makes you think.

The movie's neither hopeful in contrived ways, nor hopeless in different contrived ways. Somehow it manages to be wonderful

This "movie" sucks like an Elton John-Barney Frank wedding! I will NEVER understand how the Olsen Twins ever amassed a fortune worth somewhere in the area of 500 Million bucks! They can't act; Their videos are too lame to be shown in a mental hospital, their clothing line wouldn't sell in a Gay Clothing Boutique, and they are about as sexually appealing as a bucket of warm scabs. This "movie" is more idiotic than Quest For Fire, makes less sense than a rubik's cube with one square on a side, and has the esthetic appeal of 500 gallons of warm, rancid pus. And has Eugene Levy fallen on hard times, to be seen for even one second in a bomb like this? WHAT WAS HE THINKING??? I wouldn't watch this "movie" all the way through if it would cure my mother's cancer! The only positive thing I can say about the Olsen Twins is thank God they weren't triplets!!!!

It was one of their best movies so far together. I loved Roxy, I loved her rocker attitude, clothes, outlook, name, everything. I think Ashley's character Jane made things interesting. Overall just saying, I hate this film, it was the worst, is not enough to qualify a review. I think the film was funny, the characters(especially Roxy) were interesting, and mostly I think the only thing people truly have against this film is it was the "Olsen Twins". There were quite a few other people at the very first show at the theater I went to, it was a mixed crowd, but mostly people my age(I was the same age as Mary-Kate and Ashley) and higher were there. If you want to criticize the film, at the very least see it first.

My honest opinion, as someone who doesn't really have any negative or positive feelings towards the Olsen twins is that this movie was almost alright.Almost in that the idea was pretty kooky (ripped-off, yeah, but kooky non-the-less), and certain chunks of the movie were pretty palatable. I really feel that the main problem started to arise when Jared Padalecki's character joined the bunch. Don't get me wrong, I'm a Jared fan but I felt embarrassed for him during this movie. His character is just so empty. If I found twins in my hotel room (hot or not) I'd freak out, but Trey? Nooo, he starts chatting away to them like he's their best friend. It all became very awkward to watch - like "Am I supposed to believe that this would actually happen?".And then Riley Smith (Jim) was no better, both of the guys decide they like the twins for no reason other than their looks, there's no development at all (except for a few slow motion hair flicks) but suddenly the guys are following them around like love sick puppies. This is all fine for a PG movie (which it is) but I just think that if the twins want to be seen as adults, they're gonna need to start accepting roles in movies with a well-written script.

this is one of the stupidest movies i've ever seen - so unrealistic. puts a bad name to new-york. just really awful plot.it's about twins Roxy and Jane, one is smart, and the other is a smart-ass. after their mom died, they kind of grew apart. the movie is really bad, not an ounch of realism. they make a city like new-york, who's larger then life, like it's the smallest city with just 10 people. anyway - u don't wanna watch this.i cant wait for this 2 actresses to finally shoot a serious movie, with a serious plot, not childish.
