Police officer Wu Weijie was discovered by He Biao, the head of the gang, during an undercover operation, and was injected with drugs to lose his memory. Policewoman Lin Simin, her former lover, traces Wu Weijie’s whereabouts and helps him restore his memory. The two work together to destroy He Biao’s lair in a mysterious overseas port, and capture He Biao and his men, so that the light of justice can be revealed.
