This documentary starts out slowly but keep watching. Nelson Cambell will take you on a journey you will not soon forget! The ending will blow you away. My husband and I liked it so much that we bought a copy to share with friends.

This is yet another vegan, anti "eat-meat" propaganda, conspiracy movie. "A 10-day vegan challenge" that is supposed to be a scientific prove of something. Of course the participants felt better, but not because of the vegan diet, but because of the lower calorie intake. No need to starve or do some snake oil diets, just cut your calorie intake by 50%, eliminate all sugar and high carb, high glycemic foods (rice, etc), go like this for 3 days ... and experience a miracle. This is all it is.

This film is a wonderful testament to the power of a whole foods plant-based (WFPB) lifestyle to prevent or turn around the ravaging health effects of the standard American diet (SAD) centered around meat and dairy consumption. People across the globe are becoming aware of the impeccable science that Dr. T. Colin Campbell and many others have set forth to guide us as we make our future nutritional choices. As with the tobacco debate twenty years ago, Nelson Campbell demonstrates in this film that there are powerful political and financial interests vested in keeping the status quo of ever more sick and debilitated citizens. Of course, the transition to a WFPB lifestyle will require seismic shifts in our world's economy – but all to the betterment of human, planetary and animal health. As they say, "The truth is a stubborn thing – it does not go away".
