No Problem Trailers

An everyman who lives alone desires female companionship. The trouble is, he's got two extra personalities who pop out and ruin things: an id, who's usually naked and has no inhibitions, and a super ego, who's a prude and a scold. Our hero goes through his little black book calling woman after woman: Natalie agrees to a date, but the warring three-headed personalities sink that outing before he gets through her apartment door. Soon, he's down to the last name in his book: Zolga. Is there any hope? Can he just be one self?

This movie was so-so. It had it's moments, but wasn't the greatest.

If you like to be scared, if you like to laugh, and if you like to learn a thing or two at the movies, this absolutely cannot be missed.

If you're interested in the topic at hand, you should just watch it and judge yourself because the reviews have gone very biased by people that didn't even watch it and just hate (or love) the creator. I liked it, it was well written, narrated, and directed and it was about a topic that interests me.

The film may be flawed, but its message is not.

Interesting short animated film from the National Film Board of Canada. Not a classic, but not a bad way to spend 13 minutes. A guy lives alone. He's really desperate to meet a women. But whenever he's with a lady, it's like he's multiplied by three. Himself, always wearing the "No problem" shirt. Himself #2, always wearing a suit. Himself #3, always naked (scary picture!). And all along, there's that little fury animal living with him. An insect? A dog? There's some funny stuff, like the Little Black Book. Zolga! Maybe he'll finally find true love with her. Don't bet on it! Seen at home, in Toronto, on February 13th, 2006.73/100 (**½)
